Areas of Responsibility-
Councilman Charles Webster is the liaison with the Parks and Recreation Board.
Personal-
I was born in Chalkville and have lived in the Clay area my entire
life. I graduated high school from Hewitt Trussville in 1972. That
is where I met my high school sweetheart, Carolyn Self
Webster. We married in August 1972 and now have two sons, Scott and Timothy. I'm a deacon at Clearview Baptist Church, being a member since 1996. I feel God has led me to be a
servant of people.
Education-
I graduated from masonry apprentice school.
Work-
I later taught apprentice school and worked as a superintendent.
I then became a salesman for a block manufacturer and am now a sales manager.
I was one of about ten residents who helped start Clay Recreation Association in 1981 and served as president the third year. I coached and umpired for about 10 years. I love people, especially children and senior citizens.
My mission is to help lead Clay forward for the benefit of all the citizens. |
