Any business that pays sales tax and is located in the city of Clay or conducts business in the city of Clay must remit city of Clay sales tax payments to RDS/ALATAX. Due to the fact that the city of Clay does not have its own zip code, you must specifiy "City of Clay" with jurisdiction code 9767 on the remittance form.
