At the April 5 Clay City Council meeting, Councilman Kevin Small announced that he, Councilwoman Jackie Hambrick and Building Inspector Lynn Burch would attend the April 13 Highland Meadows Neighborhood Association meeting.
This is a great opportunity for residents to have some "face time" with their city leaders. Councilman Small encourages other neighborhood associations in Clay to invite them to come to their meeting.
