City Council Approves Smoking Ordinance

The Clay City Council approved an ordinance to limit smoking in the city limits on Monday, November 7. We encourage you to read a copy of the ordinance. Some provisions include prohibiting smoking in enclosed public places, places of employment and outdoor public places.

The meeting is at 7 p.m. at the Clay Community Center.
