The Clay City Council formed an ad hoc committee to address three issues:
- Make a recommendation for a new "Welcome to Clay" sign.
- Make a recommendation for changes to the sign ordinance.
- Make a recommendation for a strict anti-litter ordinance.
In recent months, they have been looking at designs and gathering estimates for a new "Welcome to Clay" sign.
This group meets the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month at 6 p.m. at City Hall.
